Dirtbag Daddies Refund Policy

We build our gear to last, but we know sometimes things don't fit the way you expected. Because we run limited-edition drops and small-batch inventory, our policy is designed to be fair to both the crew and the craft.

The 30-Day Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If it smells like the shop or has been through the wash, we can't take it back.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you can log into your customer account and request a return directly through our store, or contact us at team@dirtbagdaddies.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Defects or Errors: If we sent the wrong item or the gear is faulty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Standard Returns: For all other returns (size, preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You may purchase a label through our return portal or use your own carrier. Items must be sent to: 4488 N Shallowford Road Atlanta, GA 30338 Suite 201

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at team@dirtbagdaddies.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we made a mistake or the gear is faulty, we cover the shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care/Hygiene: Used bandanas cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Custom Products: Any personalized or special order items.

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "Final Sale" items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Since we run limited stock, we cannot always guarantee your size will be available for an exchange—once it's gone, it's usually gone.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out to us at team@dirtbagdaddies.com.
